We are looking for Diploma and CERT 3 qualified (or working towards) Early Childhood Educators to join the team in full time, permanent part-time and casual roles.

About the Roles

New graduates or those studying towards qualifications are more than welcome to apply.

We are looking for a candidate that thrives in a team environment and has the ability to develop warm and professional relationships with children and their families. Applicants must be able to collaborate with others and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Applicants must have passion and commitment to Early Childhood Education and have a sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS, Child Safe Standards and the Educational and Care National Regulations.

In this role you will:

Implement / support the delivery of the educational program that meets the EYLF and NQS standards
Develop warm and professional relationships with children and their families
Become a team player that is able to collaborate with others
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work a weekly rotating roster which may include opening and closing of the service

Passionate, confident and articulate in early childhood pedagogy and practice with a sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
An exceptional communicator with excellent interpersonal and written skills
Committed to the holistic development of young children with a focus on continued exploration of new research and best practices for early childhood learning.
Responsible for assisting in development of age-appropriate programming and evaluation of early learning experiences and practices.
Committed to nurturing constructive and robust relationships with families, children, colleagues and the wider community
