Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Sports Bar Attendant to join the team at Bli Bli Hotel on the Sunshine Coast.

This role suits someone who enjoys a busy sports bar environment, can stay switched on during service and takes pride in creating a friendly, welcoming experience for locals and regular customers.

What You'll Do

Deliver friendly, efficient service across the sports bar
Support TAB and Keno service while following compliance requirements
Keep the bar clean, stocked and ready for service
Build rapport with regular customers and create a welcoming atmosphere
Work closely with the wider venue team during busy service periods

What We're Looking For

Someone who genuinely enjoys looking after customers
A keen interest in live sport and working in a sports bar environment
Availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays
Confidence working independently while staying organised during service
Ability to manage bar service, customer needs and room awareness at the same time
Current RSA and RSG; TAB compliance and Keno experience are highly regarded (or willingness to obtain)
