Loan Shepherd is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Finance Broker to join our growing Finance team. You'll work with a wide panel of lenders, helping customers secure finance solutions while delivering a seamless experience from enquiry through to settlement.

What You'll Be Doing

Meet with customers to understand their finance needs and borrowing capacity.
Structure and submit finance applications to an extensive lender panel.
Manage applications from enquiry through to settlement.
Build strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
Maintain an active pipeline and achieve settlement and revenue targets.
Ensure all applications meet responsible lending and compliance requirements.
Keep accurate records using CRM and broker systems.

What We're Looking For

Experience in consumer, commercial or asset finance broking.
Strong understanding of lender policies and credit assessment.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Sales-driven with a customer-first approach.
Experience using CRM or broker software.

About Loan Shepherd

Loan Shepherd is a new mortgage broking business on the rise, founded by Tim Quabba — a finance industry veteran with nine years' experience and a network most brokers spend a decade building. We've laid the groundwork: strong lender relationships, a reputation built on speed and trust, and a clear vision for how we want to do business differently.

Now we're looking for the right people to help us build it.

This isn't a role where you'll get lost in someone else's playbook. You'll work closely with Tim, learn the industry from someone who's worked across residential lending, first home buyers, SMSF, commercial, and business acquisitions, and have real input into how we grow.
