Filia is preparing to open its doors, and we’re building our foundation team from the ground up.

We’re looking for floor staff who bring warmth, urgency and initiative—people who want to be involved in building something special and take pride in being part of Filia’s opening journey.

As a member of the floor team at Filia, your role is to deliver warm, efficient and attentive service while helping maintain a clean, organised and fast-paced venue environment.

Floor staff are responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every guest from arrival to departure. This includes table service, maintaining your section, communicating with the kitchen and bar, and supporting the wider team to ensure service runs smoothly.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
