Job Title: STEM Tutor

ABOUT THE BUSINESS

We are a community of young and motivated tutors. We believe in the power of motivating students which has yielded exceptional results across all our students! Success Tutoring is a community with multiple locations in Australia. Our team members are the most diligent and active in the education industry, ensuring a strong relationship with students is set as a priority. Success Tutoring provides tutoring in all subjects for students in grades K - 12.

ROLE

The STEM Tutor is responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on STEM lessons that inspire

students, build confidence, and develop skills in robotics, coding, AI, science, and problem-

solving.

Operate, manage and monitor the day-to-day activities of the business and its performance in accordance with the provided guidelines.
Able to call, manage new leads
Deliver fun and engaging STEM lessons including robotics, coding, AI, and science activities.
Support students with hands-on building, coding, and problem-solving tasks.
Create a positive classroom environment with strong behaviour management
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and management.
Set up, maintain, and safely manage classroom equipment and resources.
Represent Success Tutoring Gordon professionally while inspiring students to learn.
Manage the administration of the business such as maintaining accurate records and enrolling new members.
Conduct student assessments and review student performance, mark lessons
when required and communicate with parents on a regular basis regarding the performance of their child.
Listen to staff and customer feedback, track relevant Key Performance Indicators and report to the franchisee.
Able to play a tutor role in absence of any other tutors
REMUNERATION~ $30-40p/h + Bonus

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS

Must have a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Must be undergoing or completing a bachelor degree at university
Received adequate results during year 12
