We’re now seeking an experienced Light Vehicle & Ancillary Planner to join our team on site at South Walker Creek, only 1.5 hours from Mackay.
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent (Planning), you’ll take ownership of planning and scheduling maintenance for LVs and ancillary equipment—including lighting plants, generators, and workshop hydraulic tooling. If you enjoy a busy site environment and like seeing your plans drive real operational results, this is a great opportunity.
With a strong partnership in place with our client Stanmore, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing project that has recently secured a five-year contract extension.

Key role tasks include:
- Manage and develop maintenance plans for onsite ancillary equipment.
- Ensure all parts, subcontractors and external services are ordered in a timely manner
- Ensure all monthly PO are raised and reconciled at EOM for all hired assets.
- Maintain records of equipment detail, component histories, predicted component life & asset compliance.
- Analyse progress against planned change-outs and component life
- Ensure high integrity of the SAP maintenance data
- Compile equipment data for life cycle, replacement and EAM purposes
- Co-ordinate with onsite vendors for repair & service of all onsite ancillary fleet.
Key capability requirements:
- On-site experience in a similar LV & Ancillary Planning role
- Highly skilled and experienced in the use of SAP
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office suite of applications
