We are hiring across multiple roles for our brand-new restaurant opening in April!

BACK OF HOUSE ROLES
Sous Chef
· - Support Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
· - Supervise sections and manage line cooks
· - Assist with ordering and stock control
Line Cooks
· - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
· - Work across different kitchen sections
· - Maintain hygiene and prep standards
Kitchen Hands
· - Dishwashing and cleaning
· - Basic food prep assistance
· - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas
FRONT OF HOUSE ROLES
Shift Supervisors
· - Lead service shifts
· - Support Restaurant Manager
· - Oversee service standards and team coordination
Service Staff / Wait Staff
· - Take orders and serve food & beverages
· - Deliver excellent customer service
· - Maintain cleanliness and presentation
Front Counter / Cashiers
· - Handle POS systems
· - Manage takeaway and dine-in orders
· - Maintain accuracy and customer service standards
What We Are Looking For
· - Positive attitude and team spirit
· - Strong work ethic
· - Ability to work weekends and evenings
· - Experience in hospitality preferred but not essential for entry-level roles
· - Full Australian working rights
