Role Overview

We are seeking reliable, energetic and detail-oriented Food Packing Process Workers / Pick Packers to join our packing and dispatch team. This role is hands-on and involves working on the factory floor to pack, label, and prepare high-quality meal solutions for distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pack finished food products into trays, cartons, and pallets according to specifications.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and company standards.
Weigh, label, and seal products in line with production requirements.
Follow work instructions, SOPs, and HACCP/SQF food safety protocols at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area (including GMP compliance).
Assist with stock picking and order assembly for dispatch.
Operate packing line equipment (after training).
Work as part of a team to achieve daily packing and dispatch targets.
Report any issues, shortages, or non-conformance to supervisors immediately.
Complete food safety and quality records as necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience in food manufacturing, packing, or warehousing (desirable but not essential).
Previous experience as a Machine Operator or Line Leader preferable.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic English reading/writing skills to follow instructions and labels.
Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player.
Flexibility to work early starts, day shifts, or overtime if required.
