About the Role
This role involves more than general administration. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with parents, students, and tutors on a daily basis.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Communicating with parents regarding student enrolments, class arrangements, and learning progress
- Coordinating tutor schedules and class timetables
- Assisting with new student enquiries and consultations
- Supporting ongoing communication between tutors and families
- Managing online marketing and social media content
- General administrative and office support duties
Requirements
- Previous experience in the education industry or a similar admin/customer service role preferred (approximately 2+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and responsible attitude
- Korean and/or Chinese language skills are highly preferred
