Flourish Babysitting is growing, and we're hiring!

We're seeking friendly, reliable, and experienced babysitters and nannies to join our supportive and professional team. With a combination of ongoing nanny positions and casual babysitting opportunities, there's plenty of work available for the right candidates.

Current Ongoing Nanny Positions Available:

Mt Eliza – Thursday afternoons/evenings
Brighton – 1 to 2 days per week
Balnarring – 3 days per week
Kew East – Mondays and Fridays
Brighton – 2 to 3 days per week

Additional Opportunities:

What We're Looking For:

Previous babysitting, nannying, or childcare experience
A genuine passion for working with children
Reliability and excellent communication skills
Current ABN
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid & CPR Certification
Police Check
Three professional references
