About the Role:
As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities in line with individual care plans.
You’ll work closely with Registered and Enrolled Nurses as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a safe, respectful and homelike environment for residents.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals

Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and meaningful social engagement

Maintaining residents’ dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times

Contributing to a safe, welcoming, and homelike environment

Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
About You
You are a caring and committed and someone who values teamwork and understands the importance of delivering high‑quality, resident‑centred care.

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent (or working towards it)

A genuine commitment to resident-centred care

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
