Full Job Description

We are a growing K–12 tutoring centre offering academic support and preparation courses for OC, Selective School placement, private school scholarship exams, HSC, and other academic programs.

Our organisation has 30+ branches across NSW, Victoria, and New Zealand, with our head office located in Parramatta.

We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Education Admin staff member to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

New student enquiries and enrolment consultations
Regular communication with parents regarding students’ learning progress and academic performance
Managing tutor schedules and class coordination
Supporting students and tutors with learning materials
Assisting with marketing and social media management
General administrative duties

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Chinese, Korean, and English language skills are highly preferred
