Are you looking to join a well-established solar company with offices in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast? Halcol Energy is recruiting a dynamic Junior Sales and Lead Generation individual to join our team and play a vital role in the operations of our office. But first, let’s tell you a bit more about us.

Who is Halcol Energy?

We take pride in being one of the largest solar installers in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, with a remarkable record of over 10 000 solar installations in South East Queensland over the past 14 years. We supply and install first-class renewable energy products, with a specialisation in high-quality solar solutions for homes and businesses.

We are a company that is constantly growing, creating, and modernising to provide clean and affordable energy to homeowners and businesses alike. We pride ourselves equally on customer service and fostering a positive working environment with a strong culture.

Position available in either the Brisbane or Sunshine Coast office (your choice)!

Job Responsibilities:

Outbound calls to canvas solar and battery status and future needs
Data entry and CRM management
Provide high level customer service
Listen attentively to customers needs and advise accordingly

Skills and Qualifications:

Call centre experience will be valued not but essential
Passionate about customer service and providing a positive customer experience
Oustanding communication skills, over the phone and written
Experience with a sales CRM or a willingness to learn quickly
A team player with a can-do attitude, willing to collaborate and support colleagues

Hours of Work:

Enjoy the flexibility of working 7.5 hour days between 8:00 am and 5:00pm pm, Monday to Friday.
Open to part-time arrangements with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
Willing to consider an arrangement that aligns with school hours, also with a minimum of 3 days per week.
