Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Casual Gaming Attendant to join the team at Durack Tavern.

If you enjoy building rapport with regulars, staying switched on during busy periods and take pride in delivering friendly, responsible service, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

Deliver friendly, attentive service to gaming customers
Support gaming and Keno operations while maintaining compliance
Build genuine relationships with regular customers
Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
Assist customers with enquiries and provide outstanding service
Work closely with the wider venue team to deliver a great customer experience

What We're Looking For

Someone who enjoys working with people and building rapport with regular customers
Hospitality or gaming experience preferred, but not essential
Current RSA & RSG certificates essential
Availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays
Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
Previous gaming and/or Keno experience is highly regarded, but full training will be provided for the right person
