Our growth in Solar/Hybrid Lighting and Power products across Australia has continued to exceed expectations, so we are now looking for a qualified Electrician with some experience in working with solar to join our St Marys team.
This role is full-time and will be paying between $110,000.00 and $130,000.00 per annum.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining our Hybrid, Solar and Diesel-Powered assets
- Test and Tagging of all equipment and other assets
- Minor electrical Installations
- Overall technical electrical support
- Responsible for performing scheduled and breakdown electrical and mechanical maintenance on our fleet of equipment.
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical issues on all assets
- Where required, undertake mechanical maintenance and repairs
- Maintaining a strong safety focus.
- Hours will be 7am to 5pm. Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core value of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have:
- Qualified Electrician with a recognised electrical trade qualification and the ability to obtain the required Australian electrical licence.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Tradesperson.
- Ability to carry out basic electrical fault diagnosis and rectification.
- Experience in electrical installation and commissioning, servicing, periodical inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to Generators Australia's equipment to meet both manufacture and company standards.
- Experience working with Batteries, Inverters, Solar systems, EV Chargers and Diesel Engines
- Ability to travel to East coast branches to provide overall technical support when required
- Strong communication skills.
