Security Officer – Part-Time

Location: Runaway Bay

We are currently seeking professional and reliable Security Officer to join our team at Runaway Bay. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organisation that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.

Positions available: Part-time

Potential earnings / Award Level 2

Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day and night shifts

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets
Provide a professional and approachable security presence
Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance
Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures
Adhere to all site and company security protocols
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A valid Security Licence
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Previous security experience in customer-facing or high-risk environments will be highly regarded.
Must be confident in responding to a wide range of incidents and security situations
Strong security presence is essential for this role.
Ability to work independently and follow procedures
Physically capable, resilient, and able to effectively manage challenging situations.
A reliable and punctual work history
