What You’ll Be Doing

Providing a strong and approachable safety presence
Delivering exceptional customer service to the public
Assisting with directions and general enquiries
Managing and de-escalating conflicts professionally
Supporting crowd control and access operations
Working closely with a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Need

Current QLD Security Licence (Crowd Control & Unarmed)
Valid Driver Licence
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Ability to obtain Rail Category 3 Medical Clearance
Availability for rotating shifts (including weekends)
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
