About the Role
In this dual role, you'll work as part of our global marketing team — designing compelling campaign assets and managing our social media platforms across three regions. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Southport, QLD.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce assets for marketing campaigns across digital and print — including social media graphics, EDMs, brochures, and advertisements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to contribute to and execute marketing campaign initiatives.
- Create collateral in collaboration with influencers and partner brands within the industry.
- Plan, schedule, and manage daily content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using Meta Business Suite.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with Knotwood®'s brand guidelines and visual identity across all three regions.
- Track and report on social media performance, using insights to refine content strategy.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design with a solid portfolio across digital and/or print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with EDM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Experience managing social media platforms LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook and familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for grammar and tone.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to grow within a team environment.
