ONE LEDGER PTY. LTD. are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Information Analyst and Support to join our team at One Ledger Finance Pty Ltd. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining client information, supporting loan processing activities, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, and assisting with efficient workflow and communication throughout the loan application process.

One Ledger Finance Pty Ltd, a member of the group, is a finance and mortgage services company for individuals and businesses to support their financial needs through efficient, compliant, and client-focused loan processing services and deliver tailored lending solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

Collect and review client financial and personal information to support loan application processes.
Organise, manage and maintain client information and data resources across internal systems, ensuring information accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Apply established procedures and guidelines to manage information and support efficient workflow processes and information processing activities.
Support the broker in coordinating loan application processing in a timely and compliant manner.
Monitor loan application status and identify risks or discrepancies, and assist in resolving issues.
Review supporting documents to ensure completeness and consistency with lending requirements.
Communicate with lenders and relevant stakeholders to assist with information exchange and application updates.
Analyse client information and supporting documents to identify discrepancies and support informed decision-making and resolution.

What We’re Looking For

Relevant qualification in finance, business, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of loans, financial documentation, and Australian compliance and regulatory requirements
Strong information management, attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
