We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Audit & Assurance team. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to Audit & Assurance Partners and the broader team.
This role is critical in enabling Partners to effectively manage client relationships, deliver audit engagements, and maintain strong operational discipline. The Executive Assistant also contributes to the broader administration team, working collaboratively to achieve shared objectives and improve overall practice efficiency.
This role is offered as full-time, with part-time considered based on experience and fit.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide executive support to up to five Audit & Assurance Partners, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and correspondence handling.
Manage client and stakeholder communications, including screening calls, responding to queries and coordinating requests across internal teams.
Oversee client administration processes including CRM maintenance, engagement letters, contract documentation and client onboarding support (including conflict and independence checks).
Provide financial and operational support including weekly timesheets, monthly billing/invoicing and expense management for Partners.
Maintain high-quality records management across client files, office systems and document archiving in line with compliance requirements.
Provide inbox management support, including triaging emails, drafting responses and ensuring timely follow-ups
Support team coordination activities including events, meetings, recognition programs and broader People & Culture initiatives.
Supports proposals/tenders and business development activities
Acts as a “hub” for partner portfolio visibility (deadlines, billing, deliverables)
Provide ad hoc support to Partners and Client Services teams as required.
About You
Prior experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within a Professional Services firm
Advanced IT skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships at all levels within the organisation
Committed to delivering an excellent level of internal and external client service
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
