Full Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Cook who is experienced in Vietnamese cuisine to handle daily kitchen operations. You will be responsible for ensuring every dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook authentic Vietnamese dishes, focusing on marinated grilled pork (Com Tam), Banh Mi fillings, and Banh Cuon.
Create stocks, secret sauces, and marinades following established recipes.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and kitchen hygiene (HACCP).
Estimate food requirements and assist in stock ordering.
Supervise and train kitchen assistants in Vietnamese cooking techniques.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of full-time experience as a Cook.
Cuisine Experience: Vietnamese cooking experience is preferred for this position.
Skills: Expertise in traditional Vietnamese techniques (grilling, steaming, sauce balancing).
