About the Role
As an Entry-Level Construction Technician, you will:
- Assist experienced technicians on residential pool renovation projects
- Learn preparation and fibreglass waterproofing
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and organisation
- Handle tools and materials correctly
- Follow structured procedures and site standards
No pool experience required. Previous construction or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential.

Level 1 – Entry-Level Technician
Training and foundation role
Level 2 – Preparation & Waterproof Technician
Skilled technical role with increased responsibility
Level 3 – Qualified Pool Resurfacing Technician
Senior role running jobs and leading teams
Progression is performance-based and formally assessed.
