Full Job Description

Part-Time | 4 Days Per Week | Meadowbrook

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant to join our friendly team in Meadowbrook.

This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, accurate, trustworthy and confident working independently. You will be supporting the day-to-day bookkeeping and administration of a busy workshop environment.

Duties include:

Accounts payable and receivable
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Payroll processing
Basic financial reporting
Liaising with our accountant and workshop team
Answering phones and booking jobs
General administration support

About you:

Previous bookkeeping experience (2+ years)
Xero experience essential
Good Microsoft Office skills
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, organised and professional
Friendly phone manner
Able to work independently

Experience in a mechanical, trade or workshop environment would be helpful, but not essential.
