Do you working with your mates whilst learning new skills in the warehousing industry? You've come to the right place, because the Young Guns Crew is currently recruiting people who are willing to chase their #bestversion.

The role involves unloading shipping containers containing various product types and weights and also includes sorting, labelling and wrapping pallets. The more productive you work as a team, the more you get paid!

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

High Care – You put safety and teamwork first. You look out for your teammates, stay connected and bring a team-first attitude.
High Achievement – You’re driven to succeed. You put in the effort, want to improve and always aim to be more productive.
High Trust – You show up on time, take responsibility for your actions and communicate clearly with your team

Minimum requirements to be considered:

Available to work 5 days per week
Must have current, valid driver's license and legal vehicle
Physically fit and healthy enough to lift boxes up to 25kg
Available to pick up shifts from 5:30am in the morning
Current National Police Check or willing to go through one

Preferred Qualifications:

Availability for causal work, approximately 6-8 hour shifts Monday-Friday
Have a current High-Risk Work License to Operate a Forklift Truck
