What You’ll Be Doing

You will oversee the construction of approximately 15 primarily single-story homes per annum, ensuring every build meets the G.J. Gardner standards.

Project Oversight: Maintain strict building schedules and ensure projects stay on track.
Quality Control: Perform rigorous inspections to ensure high standards of workmanship.
WHS Management: Manage on-site Work Health & Safety to ensure a zero-harm environment.
Hands-on Craftsmanship: Perform framing, fixing, and fit-off tasks for complex or custom builds.
Site Leadership: Supervise subcontractors, apprentices, and laborers, fostering a collaborative site culture.
Software Literacy: Use building software to track progress and communicate with the office.
