Physio One is seeking multiple friendly Receptionists to join our team in Adelaide’s Western Suburbs with a negotiable start date. Our passionate and friendly admin team are responsible for providing outstanding administration support to a busy team of practitioners, and a high level of care to our patients. The position is being offered as a casual receptionist role between 20-30+ hours per week, part-time is available in these roles for the right applicant. Applicants must be available for the aforementioned hours across a minimum of 4 business days. Candidates will work across multiple Physio One locations so must be available Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. Occasional Saturday mornings on a rostered basis or leave cover will be required.
Working across multiple clinics, a current valid driver’s licence and own transport is non-negotiable. The successful applicant will be employed under the HPASS award, with level determined by experience. A valid Police Clearance is also required.
Minimum 12 months experience in an allied health, medical, administration or similar position ideal, but not required. We offer on the job training and support in a warm, encouraging and rewarding team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient, professional and friendly service to all clients and practitioners.
- Manage patient enquiries, appointments and follow up care.
- Attend to requests by practitioners and patients with due diligence and efficiency.
- Update and maintain patient records.
- Process payments including HICAPS, Medicare, DVA, Eftpos, and Work Cover claims.
- Office duties such as organising files, faxing, email and scanning of documents and general housekeeping duties.
- Cash handling, banking and adhering to clinic policies & procedures.
- Start and end of day procedures.

- Experience with healthcare/medical software preferred but not a requirement.
