A Little Bit About the Role…
As a Full Time Store Manager at Parafield Outlet, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store — leading your team, shaping culture, and driving performance. You will:
- Lead with vision - setting the tone for the entire store and inspiring your team to live Kathmandu’s purpose around adventure and sustainability.
- Drive strategic commercial performance - planning for long term growth, analysing KPIs, forecasting, and using local insights to maximise results.
- Develop people at every level - coaching your ASM and 3ICs, building capability, and creating a strong succession pipeline.
- Champion operational excellence - ensuring compliance, safety, stock integrity, and brand standards are consistently met.
- Build community connections - representing Kathmandu locally, forming partnerships, and championing sustainability initiatives that strengthen our reputation.
