- Duration of the Training Program: From 01 June 2026 to 07 Jan 2029
- Term of the Contract: 3 years (in line with clause 55 of the Salaried Medical Officers Enterprise Agreement). At the end of the training program, CALHN will work with the employee to assist find a suitable placement within SA Health for the remainder of the 3-year contract, if necessary.

About the Role
Join our team at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and build advanced interventional radiology skills in a high-performing service. You’ll deliver procedures, support patient care and contribute to research, education and service excellence alongside expert clinicians.
What you’ll do
- Deliver interventional radiology and vascular services
- Perform CT, ultrasound and fluoroscopic guided procedures
- Assist endovascular and non vascular interventions
- Report imaging and contribute to clinical meetings
- Liaise with clinicians, nurses and imaging staff
- Support teaching of registrars and students
- Contribute to research, audit and service improvement
About You
You’re a motivated radiologist ready to grow your interventional skills while contributing to high-quality patient care. You bring strong clinical judgement, teamwork and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- MBBS or equivalent with specialist registrable status
- Fellowship with the The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) or completion of RANZCR Part 2 exams
- Broad radiology experience across CT, MRI, US, procedures
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Commitment to safe practice and quality improvement
