mushrooms to major supermarkets, greengrocers, and produce markets across not
only South Australia and Australia-wide.
Nestled in the fertile Adelaide Plains, our state-of-the-art facility grows fresh and
healthy Swiss brown, White button, and Field mushrooms.

Role Overview:
As a Skilled Horticultural Worker you will use your knowledge and skills in horticultural
farm to undertake propagation, cultivation, harvest and processing of crops in a
production horticulture environment. The work is not seasonal and can be undertaken
all year round.
Required Experience:

Have 1 year of work experience
- Undergo a skills assessment by the Designated Area Representative; and
- Have at least a relevant AQF Certificate II qualification or equivalent; or 3 years of relevant work experience to substitute the qualification
Duties and responsibilities:
-
Prepare growing media and suitable trays, pots and containers.
- Undertake the propagation, planting and pruning operations.
- Prepare and apply pesticide and weedicide to crops.
- Undertake irrigation, fertigation and fumigation activities.
- Maintain soil, hydroponic, plant, treatment and yield records.
- Undertake transport and logistics tasks for delivery of sales stock.
- Operate horticultural machinery and equipment to clear and cultivate land, sow and

- Ensure relevant equipment and machinery is maintained
