What You’ll Drive
The Faculty Director leads a state-wide team of Lecturers and Academic Administrators to develop and deliver innovative training programs to meet the workforce needs of industry and community. They provide academic, programmatic, managerial and fiscal leadership whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with industry, community and other government agencies.
The Skills You Bring
- Experience in delivering commercial outcomes by leading a workforce focused upon providing contemporary products and services in a competitive environment
- Knowledge of the quality and compliance imperatives including the governing legislative environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills with an emphasis on financial sustainability.
- Builds effective working relationships, networks and partnerships with internal and external bodies at all levels to achieve business outcomes.
- Extensive Experience in leading educational programs.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
