As we expand our business, we are searching for a dynamic E-commerce Specialist to be part our growing e-commerce and digital marketing blueprint.
The Role
As an E-commerce Specialist at Alpha-H, you will collaborate closely with the Growth Manager to drive the expansion of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel. This role is ideal for someone passionate about e-commerce and ready to make a meaningful impact on our brand's success.
Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing
Store Management & Operations

Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, imagery, and metadata

Ensure accurate inventory levels are reflected across all online platforms

Monitor and resolve order fulfilment issues, returns, and customer escalations in collaboration with logistics teams

Roll out site changes such as homepages, new product launches, bundles and promotions

Manage promotion set up and discount codes
Digital Marketing & Merchandising

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and seasonal activations

Optimise on-site merchandising, including category pages, featured products, and homepage content

Collaborate with marketing teams on email campaigns, paid media, and social commerce initiatives

Manage and upload on site blog posts and journal articles
Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track and report on key metrics including conversion rate, average order value, bounce rate, and revenue

Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, platform dashboards) to identify trends and opportunities
-
Conduct A/B testing on content, layouts, and promotions to improve performance
SEO & Content

Optimise product and category pages for search visibility

Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards

Coordinate with content and creative teams on assets and copy
Platform & Technology

Manage day-to-day operations within eCommerce platforms

Liaise with developers or agencies on site updates, bug fixes, and new feature rollouts

Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity
Email Marketing

Support CRM team with EDM briefing and scheduling
Customer Experience

Monitor and improve the end-to-end online shopping journey

Analyse customer feedback, reviews, and behaviour data to inform UX improvements

Work cross-functionally with customer service to address pain points
You’d Be a Fit If You
-
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.

Have previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (internships or entry-level roles are welcome).

Are familiar with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), which is a plus.

Possess a basic understanding of paid media analytics tools (like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager).

Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
