About the Role
Be the organised force behind the Office of the Chief Executive Officer. You’ll manage executive admin, build efficient systems and create smooth coordination that keeps communication flowing and supports high level priorities.
Duties
- Coordinate executive admin and daily office support
- Manage correspondence, records and documentation flow
- Support CALHN executive and stakeholder requests
- Develop and improve systems and work processes
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and timely delivery
About You
You’re a proactive admin professional who thrives in fast paced executive support environments.
- Strong initiative, professionalism and team focused approach
- Proven admin experience in busy service environment
- Skilled in Word, Excel and office systems at intermediate level
- Manage priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines
- Communicate clearly and maintain strict confidentiality
