This role provides crucial Asset Reliability & Maintenance advice to clients from both strategic and front-line perspectives. You will be an integral part of a high performing team of integrity and maintenance professionals executing jobs of varying sizes and complexity. To ensure your success, you will be mentored by professionals with a wealth of experience with many asset types across a range of industries.

The type of assignments may include:

Reliability / Maintenance Improvement
RCM Assessments
Operational Readiness Projects
Developing maintenance and asset integrity programmes and plans

We are Agile

This allows us to be light on our feet and progressive as we don’t get bogged down in bureaucracy. We get that the 9-5 isn’t for everyone, and we’re open to hear what works for you.

This role would suit a person with a background in mining, hydrocarbons or chemicals environments. The person will require excellent communication skills and proven capability to perform under pressure, individually and as part of a team.

Key Skills & Experience:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering
Greater than 10 years of work experience preferably within a reliability/maintenance engineering function in a mining, hydrocarbons or chemical environment
Prior experience working within a consulting environment to deliver technical solutions and projects
Understanding of local and international standards
Highly developed computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
An understanding of computerised maintenance management software and/or reliability management software / databases
Exposure to risk management and process safety concepts
