WSP Australia’s Water Business Group is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Civil Designer to join our Water Utilities team in Adelaide. Whether you’re looking to take the next step in your career or ready for a new technical challenge, WSP offers the support, flexibility, and career pathways to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

Represent WSP professionally while working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
Coordinate design and documentation activities with engineering and drafting teams
Deliver assigned project work, including 2D and 3D CAD design, in line with technical, quality, and commercial standards
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Support projects from feasibility and concept design through to detailed CAD delivery

About You

Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years’ experience in civil design and drafting, ideally within water infrastructure and utilities
Strong hands‑on capability in AutoCAD and 12D (essential)
Experience in water, mining, or industrial infrastructure highly regarded
Familiarity with point cloud survey data and EDMS is advantageous
