Job Description

The Role – Where Leadership meets Creativity

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be the driving force behind it all – the energy on the floor, the strategist behind the scenes, and the leader your team looks up to.

You will:

Lead with passion, presence, and personality – setting the tone for unforgettable service
Inspire and develop a high-performing team that genuinely loves what they do
Elevate the guest experience through innovation, creativity, and attention to detail
Drive performance across revenue, costs, and operational excellence
Oversee daily operations across restaurant, in-room dining, and events
Manage financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability
Ensure brand standards, service quality, and operational excellence are consistently achieved
Build strong relationships with guests, team members, suppliers, and the local community
Shape a culture where people feel motivated, supported and proud to belong

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

You’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and knows how to bring out the best in people. You will thrive if you:

Have proven experience managing food & beverage operations in a hotel environment (minimum 2 years)
Have a charismatic and hands-on leadership style that energises and inspires
Know how to create a buzz – with strong local market awareness and creative thinking
Stay cool under pressure and keep the team focused, positive, and driven
Balance ideas with strong commercial acumen
Have a creative mindset balanced with strong commercial awareness
Have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering consistently exceptional experiences
Are flexible and ready to embrace the rhythm of hospitality (including evenings and weekends)
