What You'll Be Doing
-
Repairing and straightening damaged vehicle bodies, panels, and frames
-
Removing and replacing panels where repair is not viable
-
Reading and interpreting repair methods and job cards
-
Working efficiently to repair scope and time targets
-
Maintaining quality standards at every stage of the repair process

Operating workshop equipment safely and in line with procedures
What We're Looking For
-
Completed apprenticeship in Panel Beating or equivalent trade qualification
-
Proven experience in a smash repair environment

Ability to work efficiently to scope without compromising quality

Strong attention to detail
-
Reliable, safety-conscious, and a solid team player

Full Australian work rights required
