About us and the role
Winlux is a leading supplier of aluminium windows and doors systems. We have been supplying and installing windows and doors across Sydney for over 20 years.

We are seeking experienced Fabricators/Assemblers to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for producing high-quality aluminium windows and doors for both residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities:

Full-time employment, immediate start available
Understand production reports and shop drawings to cut, machine and assemble aluminium windows and doors
Safe operation of power tools and cutting tools (eg drop saw)
Factory glazing of windows/door panels

Skills and qualities we are looking for:

Minimum 3+ years experience fabricating aluminium window and door systems (AWS preferred, Alspec/Darley well regrded)
Reliable team player, with positive & can-do attitude
Strong work ethic, attention to detail and clear communication skills
Proven ability and commitment to delivering high-quality work
