Are you a passionate, hands-on individual looking to build a career in cabinet making? We’re on the lookout for a motivated Apprentice Cabinet Maker to join our experienced and supportive team at one of Sydney’s most bespoke Kitchen and Joinery Manufacturers.
Based in Smeaton Grange, we work with major home builders, commercial clients, and private homeowners on high-quality fit outs across metro Sydney. If you’re keen to learn the trade from the ground up or grow your current skill set, this is a fantastic long-term opportunity.

Who You are:
We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in cabinet making and a willingness to learn from the best. This is a great role for a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year apprentice, or someone looking to transfer into a high-quality joinery environment.
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:
- A White Card (WorkCover)
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- A keen eye for detail and pride in producing quality work.
- A willingness to take direction and work both independently and as part of a team.
- A focus on safety, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of plans/drawings (training provided).
- Your own transport to get to and from work.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have some experience in cabinet making or general woodworking.
- Are proactive, punctual, and keen to build a long-term career.
- Want to grow in a business that respects the trade and its people.
