BAMBRICK is one of Queensland’s largest and fastest-growing digital marketing agencies. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Digital/Graphic Designer who can bring digital marketing concepts to life in an awe-inspiring way for 100’s of customers across varying industries (including many of Brisbane and Australia’s best-known brands).
- Creative thinker with problem-solving ability
- Excellent communicator – visual, written and verbal
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in an agency or in-house role
- Ability to work full-time in our Brisbane CBD office
- Knows their way around Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects and Premier would be fantastic too)
- Experience in WordPress would be a massive bonus but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passionate about design, conversion, and communication

Our designers work closely with the Head of Creative, account managers, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC), and social teams to implement performance-driven digital marketing strategies.
Your days will be fast-paced working across a wide range of brands surrounded by a team of hard-working, funny, innovative people who are driven by a common goal – to get the best results for our clients.
We have zero expectations that you will walk in knowing how to do each one of these, but you will receive full training on anything you are asked to do.
That said, here are some of the regular responsibilities of a Digital/Graphic Designer at BAMBRICK:
- Design and build landing pages optimised for conversion
- Create social advertising assets for Facebook and Instagram
- Design Google Display ads
- Design and build websites
- Updating existing websites
- Updating social platforms
- Optimising content for conversion
- Working with digital marketing tools/software
