Coastal Calm Cleaning is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Casual Cleaner to join our team!
We are a locally owned cleaning business committed to providing high-quality, detailed cleaning services while creating a calm, professional and positive experience for every client.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little details and genuinely enjoys making spaces feel fresh, clean and cared for.
About the Role
As a Casual Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for providing professional cleaning services across residential and commercial properties.
Your duties may include:
- General residential cleaning and house resets
- Dusting, wiping and sanitising surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Detailed cleaning of high-touch areas
- Deep and once-off cleans
- Commercial cleaning as required
- Following Coastal Calm Cleaning’s cleaning procedures and standards
- Completing final quality checks before leaving each property
- Maintaining a professional and respectful relationship with clients
You’ll often work independently, so being reliable, organised and confident in your ability to complete a job to a high standard is important.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
- Professional, friendly and respectful
- Comfortable working independently
- Physically capable of completing cleaning duties
- Able to follow instructions, procedures and cleaning standards
- A good communicator
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential – training will be provided for the right person
- Holds a current driver’s licence and has reliable transport
- Available for casual weekday work
- Looking for an opportunity to grow with a small and expanding business
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude who genuinely cares about the quality of their work.
