We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to join our multidisciplinary team at Providence Medical Shoal Bay. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive and continuous medical care to patients of all ages, manage a wide range of health issues, and promote overall health and wellbeing within the community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide primary care consultations for acute and chronic conditions
Conduct physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests
Prescribe and manage appropriate treatment plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health systems
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals including nurses, specialists, and allied health staff
Refer patients to appropriate specialists and services when necessary
Adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements governing medical practice

Qualifications

Suitable medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent)
Registration with APHRA or under application.
Minimum of 3 years GP experience in Australia or abroad.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities
Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous professional development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
