This position contributes to the safe, effective, and efficient use of medicines across Goulburn Valley Health (GVH). The Grade 1 Clinical Rotational Pharmacist provides professional expertise in clinical pharmacy practice and operational support services on a rotational basis across GVH campuses and contracted health partners. Working within a multidisciplinary team, this role supports optimal medication management. It promotes continuity of care to ensure positive patient outcomes and effective patient flow throughout the organisation and partnered health services

About the role:
