This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with management and our staff to ensure every MFS location delivers an exceptional experience for our members while maintaining our facilities, and driving operational excellence.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading Our Team
Our people are the heart of MFS. You'll lead by example, creating a positive, supportive and accountable culture where our team can thrive.
You'll:
- Recruit, train and mentor team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.
- Manage staff performance and disciplinary processes when required.
- Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Build a workplace culture that reflects the MFS values.
Managing Our Facilities
You'll take ownership of keeping our gyms operating smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring every club is presented to the highest standard
- Resolving member concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Overseeing preventative maintenance and servicing of gym equipment.
- Coordinating repairs and contractor works.
- Managing warehouse inventory and operational supplies.
- Ensuring CCTV, access control, computers and software systems are functioning correctly.
- Managing cleaning standards and quality control across all locations.
- Assisting with refurbishments and the setup of new locations.
- Continually look for ways to improve our facilities and services.
About You

- Can manage multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure.

Previous experience in operations, facilities management, fitness, hospitality or multi-site management will be highly regarded.
A current driver's licence is essential as the successful candidate will be required to drive to multiple MFS locations per week.

Employment Details
Position: Full Time (38 hours per week)
Hours: Monday to Friday, generally 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with flexibility negotiated with the Owner.
