Full Job Description

Join The Links Shell Cove as a Casual Golf Operations Assistant and help deliver an outstanding golfing and recreation experience for the community.

In this varied, hands‑on role, you will support Pro Shop and facility operations, providing excellent customer service while contributing to the presentation and smooth running of this unique coastal venue.

Working within a supportive team environment, enjoy flexible shifts across a dynamic setting, with hours available Monday to Sunday and including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

About You:

You are a reliable and enthusiastic team player who enjoys working in a customer‑focused environment. You take pride in your work, have a positive attitude and are flexible to work a variety of shifts.
Ideally, you will bring:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in retail, hospitality or recreational environments
Confidence using point‑of‑sale systems and handling payments
A genuine interest in golf or sport (preferred but not essential)
A current RSA (or willingness to obtain)
Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays

A genuine interest in golf or sport will help you thrive in this role!

Flexible casual work hours between 5:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Sunday (including weekends and public holidays)

Plus 12% superannuation (increase to 12.5% from July 2026)

This position requires;

A National Police History Check clearance;
