Xcllusive Business Sales is a national business broking agency based in the Inner West of Sydney. Xcllusive is seeking an experienced Digital Technology and Innovation Lead to drive secure digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Establish and administer ICT security policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to mitigate internal and external security risks
· Manage preventive, detective, and recovery strategies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organisational systems and data
· Design and implement secure system architectures incorporating secure-by-design and privacy-by-design principles
· Manage and secure AWS cloud infrastructure, including IAM, network security, monitoring, logging, and compliance
· Administer and secure CRM systems, including user access controls, role-based permissions, integrations, and data protection compliance
· Design and maintain automated workflows within CRM environments, ensuring secure data handling and audit traceability
· Monitor and manage ICT security controls across applications, infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments
· Lead ICT security incident response, including investigation, containment, remediation, and recovery
· Conduct ICT security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
· Support implementation of AI and automation solutions aligned with ICT security standards
· Oversee UI/UX security considerations, including authentication and secure data handling
· Provide technical leadership to ensure digital innovation aligns with ICT security requirements
· Continuously review and improve ICT security strategies to maintain compliance with evolving threats
Requirements:
· Master’s degree in information technology, or related field
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in ICT security and cloud infrastructure, AI automation.
· Strong experience with AWS, CRM systems, and security frameworks.
· Experience with AI/automation tools and secure system design is highly desirable.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: $89,600.00 – $95,200.00 per year
