Wonderful Global is a Sydney mortgage brokerage helping everyday Australians find the right home loan. We're expanding our Mortgage Broker Mentorship Program and looking for a motivated Mortgage Broker Trainee to train directly under our founder and build a career as a fully qualified, licensed mortgage broker.
This isn't a lead-generation or call-centre role. You'll be mentored end-to-end - from your first client conversation through to settlement - learning how to structure loans, assess income and financials, work across 20+ lenders, and manage your own client pipeline.

- The backing of an established Chatswood-based brokerage, with real client flow, systems and support already in place
Compensation
This is a commission-only role - no base salary, uncapped earning potential, tied to loan settlements. Your commission split and realistic income timelines are explained in full at interview, so you go in with a clear, honest picture before committing.
Who we're looking for
- Highly motivated, coachable, and comfortable building your pipeline on commission-only income, especially in the first few months
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder - a background in customer service, sales or finance is highly regarded
- Financially able to sustain yourself through the training and ramp-up period
- Looking for a genuine long-term career in mortgage broking, not just a stepping stone
- No prior mortgage industry experience required - full training and mentorship provided; a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to work toward one) is a plus
- Full working rights in Australia
