We are a growing K–12 tutoring centre offering academic support and preparation courses for OC, Selective School placement, private school scholarship exams, HSC, and other academic programs.
Our organisation has 30+ branches across NSW, Victoria, and New Zealand, with our head office located in Parramatta.
We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Education Admin staff member to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- New student enquiries and enrolment consultations
- Regular communication with parents regarding students’ learning progress and academic performance
- Managing tutor schedules and class coordination
- Supporting students and tutors with learning materials
- Assisting with marketing and social media management
- General administrative duties
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Chinese, Korean, and English language skills are highly preferred
