About Us

LHP Landscaping is a reputable and growing landscape construction and maintenance company, delivering high-quality outdoor solutions across residential, commercial, and public spaces across the Perth metro area. We pride ourselves on creative design, sustainable practices, and outstanding workmanship.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Landscape Gardener to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing landscape projects and maintaining outdoor environments to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

· Interpreting landscape plans and site drawings to carry out installation work

· Preparing and leveling work sites; setting out softscape and hardscape areas

· Constructing outdoor features including paved surfaces, retaining walls, fences, pergolas, and garden structures

· Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf; preparing soil and seedbeds

· Installing and maintaining irrigation systems including pumps and timers

· Performing general garden maintenance: pruning, fertilising, mulching, and pest control

· Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification

· Working independently and as part of a team

Skills & Experience Required

· Experience in landscape gardening or similar trade

· Sound knowledge of plant species, irrigation systems, and landscape materials

· Ability to read and implement landscape plans

· Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions

· White Card (or willingness to obtain)

· Valid driver’s License (preferred)
