Full Job Description

Kickin’Inn Tuggerah is a low-to-moderate volume store that focuses strongly on quality, consistency, and cleanliness.

While the pace may be calmer than high-volume venues, we maintain high standards every shift. Quieter periods allow our team to focus on doing things properly - from food preparation to presentation and kitchen organization.

This role suits someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build strong habits in a supportive, structured kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
Supporting service while maintaining quality and presentation
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
Following recipes, portioning, and brand procedures accurately
Working cooperatively with the team to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to follow systems and learn
Positive attitude and teamwork
Weekend availability

Desirable (but not essential):

Previous BOH or kitchen experience
Food handling knowledge
Interest in developing cooking or leadership skills

Training will be provided for the right candidate.
