As a Property Manager with Barry Plant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our rental properties. To assist you with your role we also offer:

The Requirements
We're seeking a motivated and passionate Property Manager who possesses:
- Agents representative certificate / Real Estate license
- Drivers license & Valid Police Check
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Team player
- Common sense and a "can do" attitude.
- A proven track record in property management.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of relevant real estate legislation and regulations.
- A customer-focused approach and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
